Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs Domestic Orders

For all domestic orders that fit into a letterbox-parcel costs are €3,95.

Orders larger then letterbox will be shipped as a track & trace parcel and costs €5,95

Free domestic shipping on all orders over €75.00.

Shipping costs International Orders

Orders within the EU: €13,- (shipped with track & trace)
Outside the EU: €23,- (shipped with track & trace)

Please bare in mind, outside of Europe you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.

How do I return my item?

If you don’t feel happy with your goods, we will happily issue a replacement or refund if returned within 30 days of receipt of your order in original and resealable condition.
When living in The Netherlands you can drop your return at our store in Amsterdam, or send it back using your local postal service.

The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods and shipping will be at own costs.

All returned items must be unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned product is received in good order, we will refund the amount within 2 working days.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments with iDeal, PayPal and Creditcard.

For any other payment possibilities you can contact us directly.

Is my payment information secure?
We use a 100% secure checkout procedure with an SSL certificate.

How to log into my account?
Once you placed an order you can login into your account using your credentials used in your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by sending us an email directly before the order is processed.

If the order is already processed and shipped, you cannot cancel anymore but will be able to return your goods through our Return policy.

How can I change my password?
You can click the link ‘Lost password’ at your login page. This will guide you to set up a new password.
